Accessibility
Training is for everyone, and so is the tool that drafts it. We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 AA guidance on this site and in the app. We haven't had an independent audit yet, so this page describes our approach rather than claiming conformance.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, headings in order and a "Skip to content" link.
- Keyboard access for navigation, menus, tabs, FAQs and interactive demos, with visible focus outlines.
- Light and dark themes with high-contrast text, and respect for your system's colour preference.
- Reduced motion: animations are switched off when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Text alternatives for product preview images.
- No CAPTCHAs on forms.
Accessible training output
Coursecast drafts plain-language lessons with key points and narration scripts, which make it easier to provide transcripts and audio alternatives. You remain responsible for the accessibility of the final course in your delivery tool. Automated accessibility checks for releases are on the roadmap.
Known limitations
- Narration preview uses your browser's built-in voices, which vary by device.
- Some interactive previews on this site are visual simulations; the same information is available in text on each capability page.
